What Happens Next
1. Strategy Session Scheduling
Within 24 hours you will receive a direct link to schedule your pre-fair strategic planning session.
During this session we will:
• Confirm your sourcing objectives
• Map supplier categories
• Align you to the correct Canton Fair phase
• Define negotiation targets
2. Supplier Mapping & Preparation
Once your strategy session is completed, we begin:
• Supplier hall mapping
• Target manufacturer identification
• Margin benchmarking preparation
This ensures your time on the ground is structured and commercially focused.
3. Travel Preparation
You are responsible for:
• Flights
• Visa documentation
• Accommodation
• Travel insurance
A preparation checklist will be provided prior to departure.
Important
Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your allocated delegation phase.
You will receive a formal invoice with due date and reminders.
